WHAT BALLOON BRANDS ARE USED FOR DECORATING AND PRINTING?
We use Qualatex and Tuftex mainly for our purposes, due to their great quality control and robust manufacturing process. Qualatex and Tuftex brand balloons have very few bad batches, windows, weak spots, or other defects in comparison with other brands.
HOW ARE BALLOONS SHIPPED?
Balloons are shipped in sustainable packaging, and where customs declarations are needed, the package will be labeled as "party supplies".
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BALLOONS?
We recommend you always to store your balloons at room temperature, dry and protected from light. UV radiation and oxygen accelerate the aging process. The best way to keep your balloons safe is to use reclosable zip lock bags.
When stored correctly balloons have an average shelf life of easily two years. But this varies quite a bit depending on the brand. While Tuftex balloons, for example, have a rather short shelf life, balloons from Qualatex can last longer than two years.
WHY ARE GARLANDS AND DECOR PRICY?
Many factors are taken into account when pricing balloon garlands. We offer free consultations to gauge your needs, budget, and space, in order to make sure everyone is happy with the end result and pricing.
We do need to take into account labor costs, transport, cost of materials, and other factors depending on needs for your event.
IF I PURCHASE BALLOONS MYSELF, WILL YOU USE THOSE FOR MY EVENT?
Hard no.
As stated above, we select specific brands where we can guarantee their quality through the manufacturer and our distributors.
Balloons purchased independently cannot be guaranteed by us, even if they are the same brands. While you may have differing opinions, it is a hard stance we must adhere to.
Plus, it would be beneficial for us to source the balloons, as we purchase wholesale at a discount. In the end they will always be cheaper for our clients.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOM PRINT ORDER?
Images must be vectorized or have a minimum of 300 DPI. Images not up to this standard will be rejected. If a graphic artist is requested for designing or reworking an image, one may be provided. Our graphic artist partner charges $80/hour, however, you are free to source your own and resubmit your image or logo.
